Author Posts March 22, 2017 at 6:13 am #9684 admin Keymaster Hi All, I’ve been playing around with wood fired ovens for over 10 years now, first working in a pizza restaurant and building 3 x ovens for myself and other family members. I’ve learnt quite a bit, and am happy to pass on any advice for what has worked for me. Having moved into a new house, I’m looking to build a new alfresco area this year and obviously build a new oven to go in it.
